Cancellations.

We require 14 days notice via email or telephone to cancel your course or workshop booking. Any request for cancellation received later than the 14 days notice period will be dealt with at the discretion of the workshop facilitators.

Delivery.

Pieces will be wrapped safely in recycled and biodegradable packaging. All parcels will be dispatched within 4 working days of payment being received.

Breakages.

In the unlikely event that your item/s arrives damaged or broken, please contact us via email or telephone within 2 working days and send photographs of the damage to info@wildlingstudio.co.uk. As all items are unique and made in small quantities, we may not be able to replace like-with-like, but we will do her best to rectify the issue and a refund will be made if necessary.

Returns Policy.

We really hope you will be happy with your ceramics. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange your item.

Please contact us within 7 days and return your item within 14 days of receipt (see address below). For a full refund or exchange, items must be returned unused, undamaged and (where appropriate) in original packaging. Postage costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund.

Items are returned at the buyer's own risk. It is recommended that you use a tracking service.
